Debographic is a full service graphic design company that specializes in: Club flyers, posters, business cards, tickets, brochures, invitations, calendars and logos. Website designing is done through our affiliate company Patrice Concepts (www.patriceconcepts.com).

Our clients include party promoters, restaurants, mortgage companies, photographers, hair salons, construction, phone companies and much more. All clients can expect a quick turn-around and good customer service. TURNAROUND TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED
The turnaround times that we provide are based on actual statistics of previous jobs and are estimates only.  Each project is different and processing time may vary. Under no circumstances will a refund be honored for a delay in our estimated turnaround time.

COLORS ARE NOT GUARANTEED
Because of limitations with our printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed and by placing an order with us you agree to this limitation. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process.

CUTTING & SIZE LIMITATIONS 
Because of limitations with our printing process, the accuracy of cutting is not guaranteed and by placing an order with us you agree to this limitation. All jobs are printed at the size that is ordered, but they are cut inside slightly to avoid excess from the job next to it. We accept no responsibility for size variations below or above 1/16" to 1/8". The cuts can also slide up, down, left, or right 1/16" to 1/8" in either direction. So we strongly recomend that you do not use boarders on your print job. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for cutting or size variations that have occurred during the printing process within these specifications.

QUANTITY VARIATIONS 
Most of the time we will print slightly more than what you ordered, for no additional charge. As printing industry trade standards allow for underages of up to 10%, sometimes we will print slightly fewer pieces than you ordered. If you are doing a mailing and need to receive the exact amount ordered, it is best to communicate this to someone in our production department at the time you place your order. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for a quantity that was shorted less than 10%.

COPY & DESIGN ERRORS
By the time your job gets in our hands and we are ready to go to print, all edits should be finalized, the copy carefully proofread and all design issues should be settled. We we will not take responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part. We are also not responsible for any wrong dates or misspelled words in files submitted by customer or jobs approved by customer upon design completion. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for an error in the file submitted or the design that was approved.

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING 
We will not be responsible for shipping delays or lost shipments caused by third party shipping companies. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for a shipping delay or lost shipment.

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE
All of our orders must be paid in advance with either cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Personal or business checks will not be accepted. There are absolutely no exceptions. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for delayed production of a job due to non-payment.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 
Once your job has been verbally confirmed and paid for, there is absolutely no way to cancel the order. Under no circumstances will a refund be honored. There are absolutely no exceptions.

Services and Conditions of Use
As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as 'customer' in this agreement

Indemnification
The customer will indemnify and hold harmless the printer, Debographic, from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceeding that may be instituted against the printer on the grounds alleging that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person. You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on your order.

Rules For Online Conduct
By using the service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity of the Debographic web site.

Trademarks
All trademarks appearing on the Debographic web site are trademarks of their respective owners.

Right to Subcontract
Debographic shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor.

Sample Use 
Debographic may use your product for samples or advertising purposes.

CUSTOMER AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT CUSTOMER'S OWN RISK. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS,' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CUSTOMER.
